All requirements of any law, ordinance or regulation the State of California, City of Carlsbad, and any otl governmental entity shall be complied with. 2. No signs or advertising of any type whatsoever shall erected or installed until plans therefore have been l by the City of Carlsbad. 3. Prior to obtaining a building permit and within 30 da, hereof, the applicant shall file with the Secretary o Planning Commission written acceptance of the conditi stated herein. 4. Compliance with and execution of all conditions liste hereon shall be necessary, unless otherwise specified to obtaining final building inspection clearance. De from this requirement shall be permitted only by writ consent of the Planning Director. 5. All lighting shall be arranged-to reflect away from a joining properties and streets. 6. This Conditional Use Permit is granted for a 5 year pf of time ending July 10, 1978. Prior to the end of sa' year period and upon pending expiration of thSs Condi, Use Permit, the applicant may request that the Plannil Commission review the case for -possible extension of 7. All operations shall conform to Article 3 'of the Unifl Fire Code (1967 Edition). 8. The property shall be enclosed by a solid, view obscu fence of sufficient height to screen the facility fro] surrounding residential land uses. Landscaping may used to screening purposes.
