I ., . .. .~. , ,.~.. 3, A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-3 AND R-2 TO RD-My ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EASTERLY OF AND ADJACENT TO CARLSBAD BOULEVARD BETWEEN TAMARACK AVENUE AND SEQUOIA AVENUE, TO BE KNOMN AS SEAVIEW CONDOMINIUMS 4 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did hold 5 6 a duly noticed Public Hearing on July 24, 1973 to consider a request for and Sequoia Avenue, by appl icant F. J. BEAR, and property further descri 8 easterly of and adjacent to CArlsbad Boulevard between Tamarack Avenue 7 a change of zone from R-2 and R-3 to RD-M, on property generally located 91 10 11 12 13 I: as: I I All those portions of Lots 1 through 6 inclusive, Lot 19 and 20, Block H, Lot 1 and Lot 2 , Block 1 , Palisades , according to Map thereof No. 1747 on file in the Office of the County Recorder, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California. 14 Impact Report for this project and approved same as presented, and; 15 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the Final Environment and general purpose of Title 21 : 20 make the approval of a zone change necessary to carry out the provisions 19 said Commission did find the following facts and reasons to exist which 18 testimony and arguments , if any, of a1 1 persons who desired to be heard , 17 WHEREAS, at said Public Hearing, upon hearing and considering the 16 21 22 23 1. The RD-M zone district by its restrictions, guarantees conformance to the General Plan commitment for the propert 2. The subject site is considered adequate in size and location for most of the permitted uses in the RD-M Zone.
