APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73'-13) TO ALLOC! RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY (RICHARD T. RUSSELL) 7 California, did receive a verified application from RICHARD 8 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsba RUSSELL, requesting approval of a Tentative Subdivision ?lap 9 10 (CT 73-13), to allow for the development of 87 condominium p1 on property generally located on the south side of Walnut Av 12 between Lincoln Street and the A.T.& S.F.
