A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL AND ADOPTION

City Planning Commission did on July 24, 1973 hold a duly noticed public 7
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, the Car
