A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVP TO 'THE; CITY COUNCIL .OKA 'PRE-ANNEXATIONAL: ZONE 'CHI FROM A-1-8 (COUNTY) TO P-C (PLANNED COMMUNITY) ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EASTERLY, AND AB- JACENT TO EL CAMINO REAL, EASTERLY OF THE PRESENT EASTERLY MOST EXTEMSION OF TRIESTE DRIVE (AMOS SOMERS - EL CAMINO PORTALS).
