HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-08-28; Planning Commission; Resolution 948h L. . ,1 I I1 4 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 948 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, TO ENCOMPASS A TOTAL OF 2.8 ACRES, FOR THE MENT, SAID PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF GIBRALTER STREET AND JEREZ COURT. D.R. GRAY CONST. CO. APPROVAL OF A REVISED TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-12) CONSTRUCTION OF A 24 UNIT CONDOMINIUM DEVELOP- MHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did recei a verified application from D. R. GRAY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY requesting I 0 approval of a revised Tentative Map (CT 73-12) to encompass a total area 10 11 of 2.8 acres known as Lots 370, 371, 372, and 373, La Costa South Unit corner of the intersection of Gibralter Street and Jerez Court, and; 13 West, San Bernardino Meridian, with a general location at the Northeast 12 No. 5 and a portion of east one-half Section 36, Township 12 South, Ran5 14 WHEREAS, the application has complied with the requirements of the 15 declared to have a "non-significant" impact upon the environment, and; 16 "City of Carl sbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972" and has be 17 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did find that the subject Tentati 18 Regulations and the STate of California Subdivision Map Act; and, 19 Map (CT 73-34)does substantially comply with the City of Carlsbad Subdiv 20 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission does find that the provisions for 21 subject to fulfillment of the following conditions: 26 the City of Carl sbad , of the herein described Revised Tentative Map (CT 25 of Carlsbad that it dOes hereby recommend qpprovql to the City Counci:l o 24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE I;r RESOLVED by the plqnn7'ng Coromfssiqn of the C 23 Pl an of the City of Carl sbad, and; 22 design and tmprovements of this Tentative Map are consistent with the Ge 27 1. Condition No. 4 of Resolution 3139 shall be revised to read; "Park-in-1 ieu fees shall be granted to the City prior to recording the Final Map". PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad, held on the 28th day of August, 1973 by the following vote, to wit; AYES: Commissioners Jose, Forman, Casler, Wrench, Palmateer & Litt NOES : None ABSENT: Commissioner Dominguez II -2-
