HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-08-28; Planning Commission; Resolution 949. ,- '- a c a PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 949 1 2 3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COU.NCIL, APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP (CT 71 -7) TO ALLOW FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A 21 UNIT CONDOMINIUM ON .68 ACRES OF LAND, GENEWLLY LOCATED ON PARK DRIVE AND MARINA DRIVE. DIFCON, INC. - 51 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did recei\ 6 Map (CT 71-7) to allow construction of a 21 unit condominium, on .68 acrz 7 a verified application from DIFCON, INC. requesting approval of a Tentati specifically described as: 9 of land located generally on Park Drive and Marina Drive, and more 8 10 Diego, State of California, and; 12 No. 5162, City of Carlsbad, County of San 11 Lots 65, 66, 67, and 68 of Shelter Cove Map 13 "City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972" and has bee 14 MHEREAS, the application has complied with the requirements of the Regulations and the State of California Subdivision Map Act; and, 18 Map (CT 71 -7) does substantially comply with the City of Carl sbad Subdivi 17 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did find that the subject Tentativ 16 declared to have a "non-significant" impact upon the environment, and; 15 19 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission does find that the provisions for 20 Plan of the City of Carl sbad, and; 21 design and improvements of this Tentative Map are consistent with the Gen 22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the Ci 23 24 of Carl sbad that it does hereby recommend approval to the City Council of 1. All Conditions as established in City Council 26 to the fulfillment of the following conditions: 25 City of Carlsbad, of the herein described Tentative Map (CT 71-7), subjec Resolution No. 1940 shall be complied with, 27 28 29 30 2.
