A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COU.NCIL, APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP (CT 71 -7) TO ALLOW FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A 21 UNIT CONDOMINIUM ON .68 ACRES OF LAND, GENEWLLY LOCATED ON PARK DRIVE AND MARINA DRIVE. DIFCON, INC. -

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did find that the subject Tentativ 16
declared to have a "non-significant" impact upon the environment, and; 15
