A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ANNOUNCING ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A CHANGE OF ZONE
4.4 ACRES OF LAND, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ELM AVENUE (EXTENDED) , EASTERLY OF EL CAMINO REAL.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 11th day of September 8
hereby resolve as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Director has determined that the potential er
