A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS
FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-33) TO ALLOW A 16 UNIT CONDOMINIUM ON .58 ACRES OF LAND, GEN- ERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF GIBRALTER
STREET, EAST OF JEREZ COURT. APPLICANT: BARRIE CHASE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did receiv
