A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, APPROVAL OF A
TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-38) TO ALLON THE DEVELOPMENT OF 117 CONDOMINIUM UNITS ON 10.2 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY
LOCATED NORTH OF TAMARACK AVENUE AND WEST OF JEFFERSON STREET , .TO BE KNOWN AS CARLSBAD GARDENS d LTD.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did receiv

WHEREAS, said application has complied with the requirements of the

1.
