A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMPIENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL,
39 SINGLE FAMILY LOTS ON 11.7 ACRES OF LAND, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH END OF CORDOBA PLACE BETWEEN HILLSIDE AND AVILA STREETS, TO BE KNOWN AS LAGUNA RIVIERA NO. 8, APPLICANT: JERRY L. ROMBOTIS.
APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-5) TO CREATE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did receiv
8 a verified application from JERRY L. ROMBOTIS, requesting approval of a
t~ tentative map (CT 73-5) to create 39 single family lots on 11.7 acres of
1 land, generally located on the north end of Cordoba Place between Hillsi
and Avila Streets, to be known as Laguna Riviera No. 8, and more particu 10

14 WHEREAS, said application has complied 'with the requirements of the

significant" impact on the environment; and, 17
