A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, APPROVAL OF A SPECIFIC PLAN (SP-126) TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A TMO-STORY COMPLEX TO BE' USED FOR COMMERCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITI'ES , ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF PI0 PIC0 DRIVE AND ELM AVENUE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE COLONIAL MALL. APPLICANT: ROBERT L. WATSON.

1. The Specific Plan is granted for the land as described in application and any attachments thereto, as shown on the plot submitted, labeled Exhibit "A".
2. Unless the construction of the structure or facility is cc not later than one year after the date the approval is grantec di 1 igently pursued thereafter, this approval wi 11 automatical 1 null and void.
3. All requirements of any law, ordinance or regulation of th of California, City of Carlsbad, and any other governmental en shall be complied with.
