A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-39) TO PERMIT THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 333-LOT SINGLE FAMILY RESI- DENTIAL PROJECT, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EASTERLY OF, AND ADJACENT TO LAGOON LANE, APPROXI. MATELY 350 FEET SOUTHERLY OF THE INTERSECTION OF POINSETTIA LANE AND LAGOON LANE (DONALD B. AYRES) i 7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbi

9. All public improvements shall be made in conformi the City of Carlsbad Engineering Design Criteria Standard Plans, the Subdivision Ordinance and 0th Standards to the satisfaction of the City Enginee out cost to the City of Carlsbad, and free of all and encumbrances. Improvement plans for water an system shall meet the requirements of the respect service districts.
