This variance is necessary for the preservation ar joyment of a substantial property right. The lighting of the sign shall be accomplished in manner that there shall be no reflection on adjacent pi or streets which may be considered either objectionablr adjacent property owners or hazardous to motorists. 9. This variance is granted for a 15 year period:of 4 ending March 27, 1988.
