A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
TO THE CITY COUNCIL, ADOPTION OF A CHANGE OF ZONE
R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL), ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON BOTH SIDES OF PARK DRIVE (EXTENDED) AND
SOUTHERLY OF EL CAMINO REAL, TO BE KNOWN AS LOMA
REQUEST (ZC-137) FROM P-C (PLANNED COMMUNITY) TO
LAGUNA 1\10. 2.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the. 23rd day of October,
