A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL A STREET NAME CHANGE FROM PLAZA DEL NORTE AND LOWDER LANE TO PASEO DEL NORTE. CASE NO. SNC-1
4 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hold a public hearing on Octob
