APPLICANT : AMOS SOMMERS . 6 generally located easterly of and adjacent to El Camino Real, southerly of 9 Plan to allow development of a 146 lot single-family subdivision on land 8 a verified application from AMOS SOMMERS requesting approval of a Master 7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did receiv lo the present southerly most extension of Trieste Drive, and more particular X’ described as: 12 13 14 15 That portion of the West Half of Section 21 , Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian in the County of San Diego, State of California. The Master Plan is granted for the land described in the application and any attachments thereto, and as shown on the plot plan submitted labeled Exhibit A. Revised dated October 1 1973. The location of all buildings, fences, signs, roadways, parking areas , landscaping, and other facilities or features s.hall be located substantially as shown on the plot plan label Exhibit A.
