A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD , CALIFORNIA , RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL , ADOPTION OF LAND USE APIENDNENT NO. 7 , AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN.
(PALOVAR AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK)
WHEREAS, the Plmning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did on tk
