WAY " "" "- "_" WIIEREAS, the Planning <omission of the City of Carlsbad did receivr a verified application from D. L. LACP.V.4, for LP. COSTA LAND, requestinq a1 of 3 tentative map (CT 73-6C) to permit the development of a 192 unit conc rrrinium complex, on property generally located southerly of and adjacent tl Costa Avenue, approximately 519 ft. westerly of the intersection of Nueva \lay and La Costa Avenue, and further described as: All of Lot 135, La Costa South Unit No. 1, accordinc! to Map No. 6117 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of San Dieyo, City of Carlsbad, State of California. l.IHEREAS, said application has met the requirements of the City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972, and has been declare to have a "Non-Significant" impact on the environment, and; EJHEREAS, the proposed development has met the requirements of the Interim Open Space Zoning Ordinance and the Planning Cominission did grant a Resource Yanagement Permit for the RM-3 District requirements, and; WHEREAS, the Planning Comniission did find that the sub.ject Tentativ ?lap does substantial1,v comply with City of Carlsbad Subdivision Regulatio and the State of California Subdivssion Act; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission does find that the provisions for design and improvements of this tentative map are cnnsistent with the General Plan of the City of Carl sbad, and; WHEREAS, the applicant has agreed to comply to all the requirements of the Municipal Ordinance and applicable policies presently in effect. NG!d, THEREFORE , BE IT ?ESOL?ED by the Planning Commission of the Ci of Carlsbad, that it does hereby recommend approval to the City Council c City of Carlsbad, the herein described Tentative Map (CT 73-60) 9 subject e 0 1 fulfillment of the following conditions: 2 3 4 5 1. The applicant shall install full street improvements along the full frontaae of the subject property on La Costa Avenue, to City standards. 2.
