duly noticed Public Hearing to consider a request by L. E. LIDDLE (V-235) ' Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did on January 22, 1974, hold a
required lot width from 60 feet to 50 feet, on property generally located 9
for a Variance from Section ?1.10.080 of the Yunicipal Code, to reduce the 8

WHEREAS, said application has complied with the requirements of the

"City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972" and has
provisions and general purpose of Title 21 of the Carl sbad Municipal Code: 19

I Variance request, subject. to the fulfillment of the following cond.itions:
1. Pursuant to Planning Commission Policy No. 2, Resolution No. 999 dated November 27, 1973, in addition to the conditio! s?ecified below, this approval is granted subject to the star condition numbers 1 (Exhibit A), 3, 4, 8, and 18.

2. 140 structure shall be located within 59 ft. of the front; of the subject pronerty on Gutters Road.
