A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOWENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, APPROVAL OF A
TENTATIVE MAP (CT 74-2) TO PERMIT THE CONVERSION OF AN EXISTING THIRTY IINI’T APARTMENT COHPLEX TO A
CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEJST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF LINCOLN STREET AND OP,K AVENUE. APPLICANT: W. C. CHANDLER AND D. B. ZIMMERFlAN

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did receive

existing thirty (30) unit apartment conlplex to a condominium development, 9
approval of a tentative map (CT 74-2) to permit the conversion of an 8
verified application from W. C. CHPADLER AND D. B. ZIP?MERMAN, requesting
on property generally located at the northeast corner 0.f the intersection 7 I-1 of Lincoln Street and Oak Avenue, and more particular1.y described as:

13 I Southwest Quarter of Block 16, Town of Carl sbad,
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California.
14 k!HERERS, said application has been declared to be exempted from the

division Act; and, 18
City of Carlsbad Subdivision Regulations and the State of California Sub- 17
JdHEREAS, the proposed development does substantially comply with the 16
City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972, and;
19 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission does find that the provisions for
20
General Plan of the City of Carlsbad, and; 21
design and improvements of this tentative map are consistent with the
22 WHEREAS, the applicant has agreed to comply to all the requirements
23
to the following condition: 27
the City of Carlsbad, the herein described Tentative Map (CT 74-Z), subjec 26
of Carlsbad, that it does hereby recommend approval to the City Council 0’ 25
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Plannins Cormission of the City 24

1. The applicant shall cause the installation of full
half street improvements to City standards, for the full
frontage of the subject property on Oak Avenue and Lincoln
Street, in a manner acceptable to the City Engineer.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City
of Carlsbad, California, at their regular meeting held on the 12th day of
March, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Casler, Wrench, Little, Forman, Dominguez and Fa
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
