A RESOLUTION OF THE ?Ld4NNIMG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, APPROVAL OF A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM L-C and R-A-10 TO P-C (PLANNED COMVUNITY) , ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EASTERLY OF EL C,?MINO REAL, ON THE SOUTHERLY EXTENSION OF COLLEGE BOULEVARD, WESTERLY OF CALAVERA LAKE. February 26, 1974 and March 12, 1974, hold a duly noticed public hearing to ''7
UHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the dates of January 22, 19
from L-C and R-A-10,000 to P-C (Planned Community), on property generally 9
consider a request by R. L. FARROW, for FARROW REALTORS, for a change of zo 8

Agua Hedionda, according to the Partition Map thereof
No. 823, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, November 16, 1896, a portion
of said property being in the City of Carl sbad, County
of San Diego, California and being more particularly
described on fi 1 e in the Planning Department of the
City of Carlsbad.

presented the Final Environgental Impact Report and recommends to the City
Council the certification of same; and,
