Applicant is required to obtain official approv, of the City of Carlsbad Parking Authority prior to commencement of this carnival. 4. No signs or advertising of any type whatsoever be erected or installed until plans therefore have approved by the City of Carlsbad. 5. The Conditional Use Permit is granted for a per of time of five (5) days, ending 12:OO P.M. on June 16, 1974. 6.
