NO. 1088 2 3 4 5 6 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS RELATIVE TO A VARIANCE, AND GRANTING SAID VARIANCE TO ALLOW CREATION OF TU0 PANHANDLE LOTS MITH STREET FRONTAGE OF 20 FEE? EACH AT MICHAEL STRAUB 3358 MONROE AVENUE, CASE NO.
