A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS RELATIVE TO A VARIANCE, AND GRANTING
SAID VARIANCE TO ALLOW CREATION OF TU0 PANHANDLE
