WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad does have an adopted Genera 6 property in terms of conformity to said General Plan; 8 the Planning Commission evaluate the sale or acquisition of 7 Plan and Section 65402 of the State Government Code requires t 9 WHEREAS, a representative of the City has presented the 10 Pistol Range and further described as: 3.2 the sale of property commonly known as the Carlsbad Dump Site 11 following transaction to the Planning Commission for evaluatio 13 94 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 All that portion of lot 'IJ" of Rancho Agua Hedionda, according to the map thereof No. 823 filed in the office of the Recorder of San Diego County, described as follows beginning at a point in said lot IIJ" from which a 6 inch pipe filled with concrete, marking the most westerly corn of said lot "J" bears S. 81*00'30" W. 4642.77 feet; thenc running from said point of beginning N. 70°15'30" E. 134. feet to the true point of beginning; thence S. 49u29'50" 267.07 feet to a point on the center line of County Road Survey No. 745, according to plat thereof on file in the office of the Surveyor of said County, said point being c a curve in said center line having a radius of 550 feet the center of said curve bearing S. 31"25'28" W. from sai point; thence northwesterly along said curve'of 550 foot radius through a central angle of 19°40'54" a distance of 188.93 feet; thence leaving said curve and'said center li of Road 323.38 feet; thence N. 75"30' E. 271.45 feet, the S. 24"55' 30" E. 318.77 feet to the true point of beginni containing 2.93 acres, more or less. 23 transactions are exempt from the requirements of the Californi 24 WHEREAS, the Planning Director has determined that these DECLARES AS FOLLOWS: 32 of the City of Carlsbad, California, FINDS, DETERMINES AND 31 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commiss' 30 informed of the premises; 29 and all other evidence relating to said projects and are full3 28 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered said rep( 27 Ordinance; and 26, Environmental Quality Act and the Carlsbad Environmental Protc 25 I/ *. * 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 0 6 1) The above recitations are true and correct. 2) That the real property which the City proposes to se is in conformity with the General Plan Committment.
