CASE NO. ZC-145, - II 7 II WHEREAS a verified application for a certain property, to wit: 8 9 All that portion of Lot "J" of Rancho Aqua Hedionda, according to Partition Map No. 823 filed with the San Diego County Recorder; 10 // has been f i 1 ed with the City of Carlsbad and ref erred to the Planning 11 11 Commission; and 12 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided 13 14 Title 21 of the "Carlsbad Municipal Code"; and WHEREAS, the public hearing was held at the time and in the place l5 11 specified in said notice on October 8, 1974; and I-6 ll WHEREAS, the applicant has complied with the Public Facility Policy 1 l7 I-8 the City of Carlsbad and has provided the necessary information which ins1 Public Facilities will be available and current with need; and 19 2o the City of Carlsbad "Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972"; and WHEREAS, the subject application has complied with the requirements ( 21 22 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering the testimony and arguments, if any of a1 1 persons who desired to be heard 9 si 23 26 1.
