HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-10-08; Planning Commission; Resolution 1105e 0 I PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1105 2 3 4 5 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA CONCERNING THE APPROVAL TO ALLOW 120 COMPACT CAR STALLS (21% OF TOTAL PARKING) PER THE REQUIREMENTS OF MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 21 -44.210. APPLICANT: HUGHES AIRCRAFT COMPANY 6 Title 21 of the "Carlsbad Municipal Code"; and 9 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided 8 with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and 7 WHEREAS, a verified application requesting this approval has been fi 10 WHEREAS, the subject application has complied with the requirements 11 the City of Carl sbad "Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972"; and 12 WJEREAS, said Comission considered all factors relating to the requ 13 and found the following facts and reasons to exist: 14 15 16 17 1. The applicant has provided ample evidence that the requested allowance for compact car stalls is commensurate with actual usage rates . 2. The applicant has met all requirements of Municipal Code Sectic 21.44.210 pertaining to parking in the PM Zone, including provisions for size, marking and location of compact car stalls 18 3. The request is in conformance with the General Plan. 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the Cit 2o Code Section 21.44, and subject to the following condition: 22 compact car stalls (21% of total parking) per the requirements of Municip 21 Carlsbad, California, as follows: That the request is approved to allow 23 24 1. Applicant must submit a plan for landscaping.
