HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-01-14; Planning Commission; Resolution 1127&- -4 I 1 2 3 4 5 6 a 0 i PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1127 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, APPROVAL OF A PARCEL 4 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX TO A CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE EAST SIDE OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD, 50' SOUTH OF HEMLOCK STREET. APPLICANT: HENRY F. BACHMAN MAP (PS-239) TO PERMIT THE CONVERSION OF AN EXISTING 7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad 8 30 approval of a Parcel Map (PS-239) to permit the conversion of 9 receive a verified application from Henry F.
