A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, APPROVAL OF A PARCEL
4 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX TO A CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE EAST SIDE OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD, 50' SOUTH OF HEMLOCK STREET. APPLICANT: HENRY F. BACHMAN

1) The Tentative Parcel Map meets all requirement of the Subdivision Map Act and the City of Carlsbad Subdivision Ordinance;
2) The conversion of these apartment units to condomin will not adversely affect the range of available housing.
3) This project is considered a categorial exemption u City of Carl sbad Environmental Protection Ordi nance Title 19, Carlsbad Municipal Code, since there will no modification of the existing development
