WATSON, FOR CARLSBAD INVESTMENT CORPORATION ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1-7500 TO C-2 ON A 6,507 SQ. FT. BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND OAK AVENUE. CASE NO. ZC-152, WHEREAS, a verified application for a certain property, to wit: All that portion of Tract 115 of the City of Carlsbad being Map No. 775 filed in the office of the San Diego County Recorder February 15, 7894; has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commis and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the "Carl sbad Municipal Code" ; and WHEREAS, the public hearing was held at the time and in the place speci in said notice on March 11, 1975; and WHEREAS, the applicant has complied with the Public Facility Policy of City of Carlsbad and has provided the necessary information which insures Pu Facilities will be available and current with need; and WHEREAS, the subject application has complied with the requirements of City of Carlsbad "Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972". The project declared to have a non-significant effect on the environment because the prc is small in scale and will not substantially change the existing use; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering the testi and arguments, if any, of all persons who desired to be heard, said Commissi considered all factors relating to the Zone Change and found the following facts and reasons to exist: 1. The Zone Change complies with the Carlsbad General Plan and Public Faci 1 i ties Pol icy; 2. The Zone Change complies with all Municipal Code requirements.
