PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1146
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS RELATIVE TO AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, DELETING GREENHOUSES FROM THE MINIMUM BUILDING COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS, CASE NO. ZCA-67.
6 " WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did adopt

City Council an Amendment to Title 21 of the Municipal Code; and 8
Resolution of Intention No. 713.declaring its intention to recommend to the
9 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hold a duly noticed Public Hearin!
10 consider the subject amendment; and
11 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received all testimony from those per:

purpose of Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code: l5
to be present which in their opinion are necessary to carry out the general I*
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did find the following facts and reas' 13
interested in and opposed to , if any, the proposed Zone Code Amendment; and

1. Providing unlimited coverage for greenhouses encourages agricultu
uses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the city

dated April 2, 1975, and attached hereto. 21
Title 21 deleting greenhouse building coverage requirements, as per Exhibil 20
Carlsbad that it does recommend approval to the City Council of an amendmer
