.PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1160
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY' COUNCIL, ADOPTION OF GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 31, ADOPTING THE PUBLIC SAFETY ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

11 Public Safety Element of the General Plan of the City of Carls

of goals, policies, and action programs that intro-
duce safety consfderations into the planning and
