A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY
ADOPTING THE NOISE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
