RESOLUTION NO. 11 64
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CON-
CERNING THE GENERAL PLAN CONFORMITY OF A
PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, Section 65402 of the California Government Code
requires the Planning Commission to determine the General Plar
conformance of public land acquisition; and
WHEREAS, the City is considering the purchase of a parcel
of land as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto: and
WHEREAS, the zoning of this land is consistent with the
General Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio~
of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the proposed purchase is in conformance with tht
City of Carlsbad General Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Carlsbad Planning Commission held the 25th day of June r
1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Fikes, Jose, L'Heureux, Packard, Watson
NOES: None
ABSENT : Commissioners Domi ngue
