RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS RELATIVE TO REZONING PROPERTY FROM

WHEREAS, a verified application for a certain property, to wit:
All of Carlsbad Tract No. 72-25 (Alicante Hills) according to Map thereof No. 7784 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County and a portion of the South Half of Section 25, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian according to the official plat thereof in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California;
