RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNINC COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF THE REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP CT 72-34. APPLICANT: NEWPORT SHORE BUILDERS - DONALD B. AYRES JR. CASE NO: CT 72-34

Commission did, on September 70, 1975, hold a duly noticed public hearing 7
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Minicipal Code, the Planni

9 WHEREAS, a verified application for a certain property, to wit:
