RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS APID RECOMMENDATIONS RELATIVE TO REZONING PROPERTY FROM R-A-10 to E-A (EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE) ON PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND EAST OF LONDER LANE.

A portion of Lot F, G, and H of the Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 823 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said C0unt.y lying Northerly of Road Survey No. 1534 (Palomar Airport Road) on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County.

a) The proposed project has been found to have an insignificant environmental impact; and
