PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1223
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA COMMENDING
DR. RONALD C. PACKARD FOR SERVICES RENDERED
AS A MEMBER OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION.

WHEREAS, on March 19, 1975, DR. RONALD C. PACKARD was appointed
to the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, DR. PACKARD served on the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad, California from March 19, 1975 to March 5, 1976;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad wishes
to commend DR. PACKARD for his earnest and faithful participation
on various Committees and Commissions of the City of Carlsbad, such
as the City Sign Regulation Ordinance Committee, on which
DR. PACKARD helped to bring about significant benefits to the City
of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, Citizens and fellow associates recognize DR. PACKARD
for his honesty, integrity, and sincere interest in the concerns
and betterment for all Citizens of Carlsbad.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of
the City of Carlsbad does hereby extend its appreciation to
DR. RONALD C. PACKARD for his time and effort given in the services
to the Citizens of the City of Carl sbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Plannin
Commission held on the 24th day of March, 1976, by the following vote
AYES: Commissioners Jose, Larson, Dominguez, Fikes, Watson
and L ' Heureux
