RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING THE GENERAL PLAN CON- FORMITY OF A PROJECT TO RESTORE THE MAGEE HOUSE LOCATED
ON BEECH AVENUE. ”
~ WHEREAS, Section 65402 of the California Government Code
