RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING THE GENERAL PLAN CON-
FORMITY OF A PROJECT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACQUISITION
OF RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE OFFSITE SEWER SERVING RANCHO
LA CUESTA (CT 72-34)
WHEREAS, Section 65402 of the California Government Code
