RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST TO ALLOW A TEMPORARY BANK FACILITY AT ALGA ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL.
