RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING
LATIVE TO AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, PROVIDING FOR AGRICULTURAL USES IN THE OPEN SPACE ZONE.

1) A number of agricultural uses are considered consistent
21 with the intent of the Open Space Land Use and Zoning categories.
22 2) Certain restrictions should apply to the type of agricul
23 tural uses permitted, because of the location of several

25 Protection Ordinance of 1972 because:
0-S zoned parcels within or near urbanized areas.
3) The action complies with the Carlsbad Environmental
