RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS RE- LATIVE TO REZONING PROPERTY FROM R-A-10,000 TO PM-Q ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF AVENIDA ENCINAS AND PALOMAR AIR- PORT ROAD CASE NO.: ZC-775 APPLICANT: L. BRUCE STALLARD (AGENT)

WHEREAS, a verified application for a certain property,
