RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST TO ALLOW THE CONTINUED USE OF A TEMPORARY MOBILE OFFICE ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF ROOSEVELT STREET BETWEEN GRAND AND ELM AVENUES

WHEREAS, a verified application for a certain property
