RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE THE ZONE CHANGE REQUEST
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF AVENIDA ENCINAS NORTH BETWEEN PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND CANNON ROAD ON THE NORTH.
