CERNING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
CIRCUS UNDER THE BIG TOP AT PLAZA CAMINO REAL SHOPPING CENTER FROM JUNE 1 THROUGH JUNE 3, 1976, INCLUSIVE.

3) Prior to commencement of the use, the applicant shal submit a letter to the Planning Director accepting responsibility for commencing the use prior to the appeal period established by Section 21.50.100 of th Carlsbad Municipal Zoning Ordinance.
