APPLICANT: CARLSBAD PRINTING COMPANY THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CON- ALLOW OPERATION OF A PRINT SHOP AS RE- CASE NO.: CUP-127 WHEREAS, a verified application for a certain property, I wit: The Southwesterly half of the Northwesterly half of Lot 29, Seaside Lands, in the City of Car'lsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1722 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 28, 1921 14 15 16 17 18 39 place specified in said notice on June 23, 1976; and 20 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consic 21 ing the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who ( z2 sired to be heard, said Commission considered all factors re- 23 lating to the Conditional Use Permit found the following facl 24 and reasons to exist: 25 1) The requested use is necessary and desirable for the de opment of the Community, is essentially in harmony with 26 various elements and objectives of the General Plan, an not detrimental to existing uses or to uses specificall 27 permitted in the zone in which the proposed use is to b located because: has been filed with the City o.f Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the "Carlsbad Municipal Code"; anc WHEREAS, the public hearing was held at the time and in 28 4 .. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissic of the City of Carlsbad as follows: ~ A) That the above recitations are true and correct. ~ B) That in view of the findings heretofore made and considl ing the applicable law, the decision of the Planning COI mission is to approve Case No. CUP-121, subject to the following conditions: 1) The approval is granted for the land described in 1 application and attachments thereto, and as shown ( the plot plan submitted labeled Exhibit "A", dated 15, 1976.
