RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
CERNING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW OPERATION OF A CARNIVAL AND HAUNTED HOUSE FROM OCTOBER 24 THROUGH OCTOBER 30, 1976

4) No damage to the paved surface of the parking lot, such as breakage, warpage or punctures shall occur from any of the proposed activities.
a) A $500 bond shall be posted for any damage that might occur to the parking lot and/or traffic way surface. If damage does occur and is not corrected within two weeks after occurrence, the bond shall be forfeited.

5) Trash facilities shall be located off the paved surf of the parking lot.

6) Site maintenance for the use shall be approved by tt- Utilities Maintenance Director prior to commencement of the use. Any requirement of the Utilities Maintf Director shall be complied with prior to commencemer the use. It shall be the responsibility of the opev of the use to secure the approvals required herein.

7) Prior to commencement of the use, a precise plan of the carnival-haunted house location and operation sh be approved by the City Engineer to insure efficient traffic circulation throughout the shopping center p ing lot. by the Department of Industrial Safety, and shall be inspected by the Fire Marshall prior to opening.

9) No signs or advertising of any type whatsoever shall erected or installed until plans for such have been approved by the City of Carlsbad.
10) A certificate of liability insurance in &n amount of not less than $1,000,000 personal injury and $500,0C property damage shall be approved by the City Manage prior to commencement of the use.
