DATIONS ON FORMATION OF PROPOSED OPEN SPACE 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF- CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, MAKING RECO-XMEN-
4 I/ MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1
WHERE.AS, the Preliminary Report was submitted to the
6 5 11 Planning Commission in accordance with Section 50591 of the
7 Government Code; and
8 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the
9 Preliminary Report submitted by the City Engineer; and
10 WHEREAS, the open space of the proposed District was
11 dedicated to the City on Tract Map. No. 8379;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
