PLANNING COMMISSION RE;SOLUTION NO. 1282
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING THE GENERAL
PLAN CONFORMITY OF A PROJECT TO MODIFY THE BUENA
VISTA PUMP STATION ON THE VI'STA-'CARLSBAD TRUNKLINE
WHEREAS, Section 65402 of the California Government Codc

building, the Planning Commission must report on the conformit; 7
requires that prior to constructing any public structure or
