II PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1287 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS RE- LATIVE TO REZONING PROPERTY FROM R-1-7500 TO R-P-Q ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF LAS FLORES BETWEEN PI0 PIC0 AND 1-5. CASE NO. : ZC-182 1 APPLICANTS: FRED JONES HALL CITY OF CARLSBAD WHEREAS, a verified application for a certain property, a 10 I! shown on the attached map has been filed with the City of Carl 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request provided by Title 21 of the "Carlsbad Municipal Code"; and WHEREAS, the public hearing to consider the subject rezor was held at the time and in the place specified in said notice on October 13, 1976; and WHEREAS, the subject application has complied with the rc ments of the City of Carlsbad "Environmental Protection Ordint 19 ilof 1972" ; and 20 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considf 21 1) The proposed zone change is consistent with the General 24 the Zone Change and found the following facts and reasons to 23 to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating 22 the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desir 25 26 27 because: a) The site is designated for Professional and related Commercial use in the Land Use Element; b) The Residential-Professional zone implements the us permitted in that office designation; 28x x x x x " f .
